How to use wa chat flow bot ?

2. Scope of knowledge — jo aapke SQL flow mein hai (Academics, Facilities, Placement, Contact) wahi topics
3. Restrictions — fake numbers na banaye, negotiate na kare, unrelated topics avoid kare
4. Common scenarios — brochure request, navigation confusion, greetings kaise handle kare
5. Aapka control instruction — exact wording ke saath, highest priority rule bana ke daala hai ki [LEAD_FORM] sirf standalone reply ho, kisi aur text ke saath mix na ho, aur user ko iska matlab explain na kare (kyunki ye backend trigger hai)
6. Tone/format rules — reply length, language matching
