Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

These Terms describe the rules for using MyChatFlow, including the account dashboard and website chat widget. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms when the product or applicable requirements change.

2. Service Description and Fair Usage

MyChatFlow provides tools for creating website chat flows, collecting optional lead details, and handing a conversation to WhatsApp. Features and usage limits depend on the plan shown when you subscribe. You must not deliberately overload the service, bypass access controls, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

3. Account Security and CSP Whitelisting

Keep your account password and any API keys private. If you use an AI provider, you are responsible for the key and instructions you add to the account. Domain settings should match the websites where you intend to use the widget.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

Paid features, prices, billing frequency, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the account area. Unless a different offer or written agreement applies, cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Your access normally continues until the end of that period.

5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

Do not use MyChatFlow for phishing, malware, unlawful spam, fraud, harassment, or other harmful activity. You are responsible for the content of your flows and for reviewing AI-generated responses before relying on them. We may suspend an account when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with the law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The MyChatFlow service, software, interface, and brand assets are owned by MyChatFlow or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of proprietary parts of the service, except where applicable law allows it.
• Resell or repackage the service unless your plan or a separate written agreement allows it.
• Use automated activity to scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass controls on the service.
